Returns

The LUMEBOX® portable RLT device comes with an automatic 30 day return period upon purchase date of the device. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If you are not satisfied with the device in the first 30 days of your purchase your device is eligible for a refund.   • All orders must be returned in the original packaging with original components.
  • Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returns received with damaged or missing components will be subject to refusal and discarded
  • Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day return period, which commences upon receipt of the product. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • A 15% restocking and return fee will be applied to all returned items.
  • Return shipping and costs will be your responsibility. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
  • Returns are limited to products only purchased through https://thelumebox.com
  • If an item is returned to us that is not authorized for return or refund, we will attempt to contact you. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days before discarding.
  • All returns will be pre-approved and customers will be provided with an authorized return number to be included with the returned product.
  • Returns will be reviewed within one (1) week of date of receipt at the return address provided with the return identification number.
  • We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return.
