There are so many ways that LUMEBOX can be used, but here are the top ways that Dr. Viv uses hers.

How Dr. Viv uses her LUMEBOX
I use my LUMEBOX multiple times a day. I usually start my mornings with a 5 minute meditation or breathwork session in front of my LUMEBOX – this helps to boost my mood and get me set up for the day ahead. I use it during the day if I experience soreness from workouts, need help with cuts/scrapes, and I always end the day with LUMEBOX in NIR mode at the back of my neck while I do a quick gratitude meditation – this help me relax and sleep soundly.
