Returns

Except for any products designated on the Site as non returnable, we will accept a return of the products purchased through https://thelumebox.com  for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition in the original packaging with original components. All returns received with damaged or missing components will be subject to refusal and discarded.

We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. You will pay to have the items shipped back to you if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return.

Products are not eligible for exchange or substitution.

To return product(s), please contact help@thelumebox.com to obtain an Authorized Return Number (“ARN”) to be included with the returned product(s). No returns of any type will be accepted without an ARN. If an item is returned to us that is not authorized for return or refund, we will attempt to contact you. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days before discarding.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide
you with proof of delivery for your protection. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns will be reviewed within one (1) week of date of our receipt at the return address provided with the ARN.

Refunds are processed within approximately two (2) weeks of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. The time for your receipt of funds will vary depending on your original payment method. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
